We’re a mexi-jew couple in temecula with mexi-jew kids. No problems in 14 years.
Meadowview is where I wanted to buy but my wife said I was too messy for an HOA. It does look tidy. There’s nowhere quite like it in the area for smaller big lots.
Can walk to chaparral hs. Awesome.
OverallPerfect location IMO.
