Well, COVID spread seems to be declining in California, but Prettyboy Newsom decided to close beaches and parks anyway. I understand the need to close indoor places and crowded outdoor venues like stadiums, but thi is just Newsom being drunk on power and/or bowing to pressure from alarmist do-gooders.
