We don’t have an HOA in our distinct Tract, but I was thinking about trying to form a loose free association, just to have contact w more neighbors.
Maybe set up a Facebook page and hand out flyers? Have a BBQ?
I was thinking of trying to organize under the general idea of Safety. Disaster preparedness ? There’s a very old man across the street who should really have my number.
