NYTimes had an article recently:
inflammatory bowel disease is generally genetically linked in Jews. But occasionally a Hispanic would be diagnosed.
much like Dupuytren’s contracture, very much a Scandinavian disease. but occasionally you’ll have a “Russian” or a “Pole” diagnosed with it.
