Recon does not have a complete database.
Lots of other companies do ts’s and don’t report them to recon or fidelity.
Don’t be a fool.
Its public record and its really worth your time to investigate.
If he is lying (which I suspect) you might just want to stop playing the fool and have a talk about how much he is reducing your rent while he gets foreclosed upon.
