Update: Time to wrap up this thread. My client that was the subject of the original properties on this thread just opened escrow on an amazing property. We still need to get through all the inspections to ensure everything is fine with the house but on the surface it looks great. They got an Olivenhainlike property at the beach for what I beleive is a year 2000 and possibly even a 1999 price. Looks to be about 40% maybe more off peak value. Cant beleive I pulled this one off. It is one for the record books!
