Truthfully, I dont even want to work with most buyers right now because it is a waste of my time. In the sub-500 price range, you are better off smacking yourself in the forehead repeatedly on daily basis with a 2 x 4 than trying to buy a house today.
My Spring prediction has been proven to be far too accurate. Hopefully the foreclosure floodgates will open and Fall will be the time for buyers to get their satisfaction. They aint gonna get this Spring/Summer and they aint gonna get it next Spring/Summer which will be a repeat of this one.
