“John Lundin in San Marcos is doing the same. Putting old listings from a year or two back up on Zillow as if they are for sale right now.”
OK, I am a little slow here. How does this work for the realtor? Is it just to draw in buyers? Do the owners of the homes know this is happening?
There are 1000’s of houses for sale. Why do they need to create a phony sale?
