this place does not belong to 4S ranch. it belongs to “4Gee”. its besides 4S and Del Sur. Since its not under the same HOA of 4S, this community is not maintained well and looks shabby from outside. this particular place needs about 10-12K of fixes before you can move in. previous owners had awful choice of wall colors, carpet needs to be replaced, etc etc …
