This lady is a joke. Buyers remorse. Probably the same person who complains about her meal at a restaurant, complains about her Hotel room etc etc.
One of the few times I hope the lawyers get their share of the action. Her ego is going to cost her a lot of money.
Anyone ever explain to her that real estate is a fragmented market. Home prices will vary based on location, view and a million other variables.
