ParticipantGood find, Doctor. This is the first of many such stories, I’m sure. I’m not going to take sides here but I do agree with the quote about a pool not necessarily being an asset. When I saw the comps for my own house, the appraiser downgraded one of them thousands of dollars for having a pool. Perhaps this is just true of my area.

One of the few times I hope the lawyers get their share of the action. Her ego is going to cost her a lot of money.
Anyone ever explain to her that real estate is a fragmented market. Home prices will vary based on location, view and a million other variables.
