This Flock guy certainly seem inexperienced. got his real estate license in Sept of ’09.

He is the CEO of the Flock Group, from the website, sounds like it is a group of 1. Apparently he is also a “CDPE” aka certified distress property expert??? Looking that up, looks like we got a loser who fell for one of those scam classes that promise to “certify” you after a 2 day class for which he probably paid a pretty penny for.
