these are pretty nice M-A homes on nice lots that are tract but are made to appear custom. This area of Poway has some very nice properties. I think the fact that they are tract homes may limit the appreciation of these homes. For example, if you go to the the winery area of Poway, you can get a similarly priced but a custom home instead, albeit older. If I had to choose between the two, I’d pick a home in the winery, although some of the homes in the winery have dated or odd floorplans and less usable property, but better views.
