Thats not true either. In 93-97 you could be honest and sell. The problem is nobody was buying. Honesty is a tough row to hoe. I learned that from my dad; who was among other things an RE broker and a used car salesman! Its not easy. You will make enemies, but you’ll also get loyal customers. If you can survive long enough.
