temecula wine country. A house sold for 1 million recently around here that is truly a palace. much more than an acre too.
and the high school is Great oak HS which is a really good school.

beach proximity not great, though i did get to a junkyard in oceanside in i think 40 minutes where i scrapped my 1989 honda civic DX for $1,000.00.
the neighbors had been calling the cops on my car. claimed it was “abandonned” when i parked it on the street.
