Adam and I have spoken many times online and offline. We approach this business very differently. He discounts his service with rebates everytime and thinks that adds value. I beleive that I bring tangible and intangible value that far outweighs the rebates he provides as do many other agents I know.
In the end, I’m just giving him the business and its just friendly jabbering in my eyes.

That home is less than a mile from the ocean. Wouldnt worry about hot afternoons too much on that one.
