You got the wrong guy. I’m not trying to drum up business on this board in fact I have repeatedly stayed away from doing so. I have family in Oahu that has been there about 15 years and raised kids there. Its a great place to visit and he has an awesome career there (surgeon) but it has been an awful place to raise kids. None of them came out well educated or ambitious. I view RE primarily as a place to live and raise one’s family. Sure investment opportunites arise adn I’ve taken advantage of a few but thats not the way I look at it.
