IMO Stonebridge has the highest probability of failure in Scripps because it is the newest and most overpriced in 2004-2006. Similarly the properties that sit on top of 15 are about 4-6 years older.. The next step down are the homes west of Stonebridge but north of Spring Canyon… What is in common here? A newer home which translates to a lower equity stake.
