shabu-shabu is served at some of the Korean-owned Japanese restaurants called “Ichiro” in SD. There’s one on Convoy and one on the east end of Mira Mesa Blvd in the plaza near “play it again sports”. It’s OK but you can easily do it yourself at home as well.
