Do you think I brought it here? Like I said Rus, when I post you have some curious preoccupation to move the discussion into a seperate arena about salesmanship and such.
If you want to stay on whatever topic is discussed in a thread so be it. However it is clearly obvious that you have another agenda altogether. When you make statements (about real estate) that are incorrect it is obvious I will need to check myself before answering because it is clear at some point in the debate you will once again veer off topic and make the standard accusatory remarks that I have become accustomed to from you.
So it is probably best not to make any at all. Clearly your experience in the field shows you have a solid grasp on the situation.
