Why only once a year? I’m thinking that once a week or at least once a month would be better. We could have a public ceremony where the shooting would take place. Can you imagine all the folks coming down to La Jolla every friday night for the weekly “Kill the rich saver” party.
Or maybe we could take a lesson from the Romans, and put two or three rich savers in a cage with lions, and see who manages to make it out.
Just think of the good public entertainment you could get out of this if it was done right. That’s always good for keeping the masses from rioting.
