I would expect few are buying T.V. Mc-mansions as long term rentals, more likely they are just either planning on renting them out a few years until T.V. grows up or plan on moving later (ie.. retire in T.V. in a few more years).
So the rental demo shift I think would be a temporary phenomena .
I would expect to see a transition to more City folks as well as T.V. grows up.
