Pablo, the recipes I have are for Japanese food. I prefer it over any other type of Asian cuisine. It has been my experience that a lot of the dishes are both tasty and easy to prepare. I can give you a few recipes, a couple are top secret so I would be hesitant to divulge the recipe.
