On the other hand could just be a jurisdictional issue maybe all the touchings occurred in Serbia. Da could decline for that and there could still be a good c p s case. And in the end the judge can say sure I have reasonable doubts about what may or may not have occurred but the safety of the children comes first and based on the clear and in my mind convincing evidence the kids must be removed permanently. The judge might also find that due to the cheapnessof storage space the dad is an idiot for keeping photos on his work computer
