My take, bech frontproperty holds value because of demand long
afte inland property collapses, look at LA.
The beach communities are holding far better then the
stuff in the valley or even east of the 405.
Now, as it gets uglier, that strip of beach gets smaller.
Of course one good typhoon and all that value collapses.
Now usually typhoons are rolling westward but if something spins up
and moves counterflow, well, that could change it all, or a
supertanker wreck or a tsunami.
