My sibling lives in SF, in the Nob Hill area. 2500 sqft 2 tandem parking spots. $2.5million a few years ago. It gets better. Two kids, SF public schools stink…. So add $20k/year per kid for private school from K to 12.
Fortunately for them, their AGI can allow them to afford to live there. But, they won’t have much savings left at their current burn rate.
