my friends, 2 white collar workers, are going to leave within 2 years if houses do not become affordable. They love San Diego, but are tired of being priced out for so long. They too did not want to do the crazy mortgage thing.
I never thought they would be leaving, it was a big shock to me. It makes me wonder how many more are thinking like that.
