Looks like the Toll models are going to have their grand opening September 15-18.
They are offering up to 40K incentives on upgrades if you pre-order before models open.
40K incentives if you spend 100K or more on upgrades. You get 20K if you spend 50K on upgrades. You still get the 10K they’ve been offering if you don’t upgrade.
