Just had to satisfy my own curiosity. Saw some brand-new row homes in Birdrock for 999k and a pretty nice place here: http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-086013067-1475_Caminito_Solidago_La_Jolla_CA_92037
Many more in that price range just in LJ. I’ve seen prices come down in LJ. Yet, P.B. sells million dollar row houses. Go figure.
