I’ve been told that there are some really nice areas in Chula Vista, still, when I hear “wealthy” or “well to do” and Chula Vista I always default to the Bonita area. I imagine it’s a combination of proximity to the border and still cheaper than Coronado, Downtown or La Jolla.
