It was for bearishgurl who was questioning his choice of living in Temecula. She has repeatedly stated that the problems are primarily the result of high MR and HOA fees in places that crashed hardest like Chula Vista and most of South Riverside county. I will admit that i thought she was probably right that the highest default rates were in those new high fee communities. That graph seems to throw cold water on that assumption.
