I think until people are feeling the pinch more, this sort of unrealistic seller is going to persist. I think several people are still in or think they are in the *wanting* to sell category, as opposed to *needing* to sell. It's going to take more economic pain before people realize they *need* to sell versus *wanting* to sell. Not that I'm looking forward to economic pain, because me thinks everyone is going to be in pain, some more than others.
Don't know if you read about my comment regarding the Heights Auction in Carmel Valley that happened…But it seems like some people still haven't "gotten it" yet….400-500 people to be specific
And yes, fishtank person is still listing at $510k…..Oh when will the insanity stop….
