I honestly can’t say…but as we’ve seen with the Melo-Roos news (MR used to pay bills for non-MR schools/meetings/upgrades/etc), I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s used for other stuff that may not be as related.
There is no tax a politician doesn’t like. 🙂
