I have to agree. Prices are definitely on the decline in 92011. For instance 7324 Golden Star

based on the sale of 7338 Golden Star on 9/28/2007 for $1,050,000.

We have seen price declines here and the reporters seem to ignore it! We should see more rapid price declines soon in 92011 as there are several foreclosures currently in the works.
