I agree they are nicest in our hood for a number of reasons and there aren’t very many of them, but I am fairly certain we will see 6’s and 7’s inside of 12 months, maybe not asking prices, but selling prices. Morgan Valley is already seeing 4’s 5’s and 6’s as the their first number in the asking prices, Ventana’s will command more but not double.
