I had a question about some of the rates you see on bankrate.com (specifically for 30 yr fixed on a loan amount of 697500 with 20+ percent down) Are they legit and if so, how do you lock into one of these fabulous rates. They seem to be better than any rate that I’ve been quoted by the mortgage person that my realtor recommended.
Also, is there a way to get your contact info in case people may want to consult with you on mortgage products? or has it been already posted on some other forum topic?
