Here is another thought , given that there were a fair number of home sales in the last few months be it at a discount or not, would not these homes need paint, carpet etc…
If new first timers, furniture etc… yard work etc..
I am just saying…
One more note,
Someone earned a Commission ,
Someone closed escrow,
Someone did a title search
