Have you folks noticed that recently, auto makers have been dropping V8’s for Inline 4, or 6 with forced induction? It’s pretty funny.
I know a lot of it has to do more with the latest CAFEregulations and upcoming CAFE regulations, but I’m sure the is was sort of accelerated by gas prices.
I’ve been reading that the 2.0TFSI in audis are now going to start incorporating some energy regeneration and BMW’s is adding start and stop engine management to their lineup. What’s amazing to me is how fast some of the manufacturers are planning to do all these changes.
esmith, no doubt crap interior. EVO and WRX STI aren’t exactly built for aesthetic reasons.
