Obama’s certainly more popular than Trump of Hilary and for a lot of people a third term would be the preferred option, but even then his approval rating is around 50% so that’s not saying much. Many incumbent presidents tend to be pretty popular. Bill Clinton might still be president if we didn’t have term limits.
