Exactly. Palin wouldn’t even be on the ticket if Hilary was in the VP slot. Why didn’t they pick Hutchison or Snowe, two far more qualified (and less-controversial) candidates? Palin is a purely political pandering move. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but at least call it what it is.
