E thanks for pointing out my mistake which explains my misconception. Well if we do get to some of the median price to median FAMILY income ratios that you pointed out for 1999 in Scripps, CV etc… I for one will be quite happy. I still contend that I don’t see that happening but it is only an opinion. I feel like things such as uneven distribution of wealth, a much more depressed wage growth, and a potential for widespread socialization disguised as “our government knowing what’s best for us” will prevent that from happening but who knows.
I still see a pretty substantial drops coming, of that there is no doubt.
