Unrelated note: Congrats piggington members who are fiscally responsible. You will be a minority over the next few years. You will now experience what so many ethnic minorities have experienced, when the prevailing social policies and practices will be constructed to benefit the majority, and because of your views/economic standpoint will be under-represented, those social policies made will now indirectly discriminate/hinder your abilities to reach your goals. Despite the inequities that you have previously experienced, you decided to have your dollars economically work harder. You did want so few people did, saved your hard earned dollars, made sacrifices, because someday, you wanted to be able to live in that purchased home…Only now, the rules have changed, and the majority throws another roadblock at you, because you were different. Life is a unfair, deal with it. So many of us already have.
“Change”…. you betcha!

Not to be a jerk, cause I totally got your point, but how is this gonna be any different than before. Part of the few fiscially conservitive and financially responsible people remaining, Check. Part of those who save for the future, Check. Part of those who get hated on all the time because I feel people should be responsible for their actions, Check. Part of those who only make informed buying decisions instead of emotional “Iwanna’s”, Check. Part of those who get no love from the media, Check. Part of those who the Gov robs repeatedly so they can play Robbin Hood 2008, Check. Part of those who know that nothing will really change in any substantial way, cept for those who meet all above criteria who will see things get worse and more unfair, check. Part of those who will go back to school, work more, and do with less so that everyones “rights” can be expanded at no ‘cost’, (sigh) check.
What is changing again? [/quote]
Simple, when it happens at a large scale AND government is empowered to do something, it’s gonna drastic things are going to happen. Government is gonna step in this time in a big way, because it can, and there is not going to much of a pushback.
Oh well.
