DW I read the same article. I think the article was stating something like the December stats were 2.9% and that was the highest savings rate in a long long time. Then the article went on to state that this is one of the problems with getting out of the recession or depression or whatever you want to call this mess. That the consumer has to spend! Yay let’s all spend!!
