Thank you, but I assure you, I know how cell phones work (to some varying shape or form) 🙂 Though, in practice, I'm allowed to be paranoid even beyond scientific data or knowledge.
Not an RF engineer, but I believe it's safer to be further away from the base station, as i recall the power is inverse proportional to the distance squared. I've considered lining my home with EMF shielding, but I figured that would have caused issues with my WIFI network 🙂
