Compared to a year ago, prices for new homes have already fallen. I think they will probably fall more, but it will be slow and small amounts.
I think people who are buying are those that have jobs and most likely have a current home to sell for a downpayment.
As for their plan 1, I think they need to price them under $700K if they want to seem them move. I think they haven’t dared to do that yet. Must be some kind of psychological threshold.
