Can totally appreciate this sentiment. Lot of looky lous getting into an industry without the skill sets to be effective. They benefitted from a backlog of clients that the more qualified people just could not get too.
I would say that the next big wave of sales opportunities will be debt consolidation, alternative energy products (solar), financial planning as baby boomers need guidance with 401K roll overs, disability software to make screen readers more accessible to an aging workforce that may struggle with vision problems.
This would be an interesting list to put together. Anyone want to start a thread as to where they see opportunities in the next 3 years for products that are surging.
