I’m surprised it didnt sell. Maybe there is something wrong with it that I didnt see. If not, its the market being weaker than I would have guessed. Regarding the price reduction, that is right on schedule. Its pretty standard for a good agent to push for a price reduction after either 21 or 30 days on the market.
