Agreed that Sanctuary is nicer. It seems to me that Serenity is a cheaper version of Sanctuary/Tiburon.
I think there have been a few decent deals in the last couple of months.
There is the infamous Shadtree Calabria home at $166 a sqft.:

IMHO these are pretty good deals. I hope these type of deals will be around when I’m ready to buy in 2 years.
