Agree, even though we also live elsewhere, we’ll never completely leave CA. Real estate can be a wild ride, but it’s fun making deals, and downturns have worked in our favor every time. CA has been great to us on so many levels–can’t imagine our lives anywhere else, but for those who feel the need to go–I still wish them the best.
