Somewhat true, but that statement would hold even more weight if Joe The Plumber and McCain served on the same boards – twice, and if Joe had hosted an event in his home where McCain was announcing his most recent bid for a position as senator. Other than that, same logic.
I’m betting some people will write in “Joe The Plumber” for president. If it hasn’t happened yet, you will soon be able to buy “Joe For President” t-shirts. Joe’s business is getting some priceless marketing. I hope he does what he can to take advantage of it.
